Today is a rest day and time to catch up on domestic duties. After breakfast a few of us girls take our washing to the local Chinese laundry – Whata Week, then we have a coffee and a chat, then we go to a Mall to shop and have another coffee. We are back in time to collect the washing at 5:00 pm and it only cost US$16. If only all washing days could be this enjoyable and relaxing. Meanwhile Michael does some maintenance on the car and he and 2 other cars go to a local garage and change their oil, Shiraz also gets a new oil filter. Michael also spent some time on the computer updating maps for Central America and loading the remainder of our hotels into the Garmin software so he can download them to everyone’s GPS. Tonight we go to a Lebanese restaurant and have a wonderful middle eastern feast of our favorite foods like babaganoush, falafel & houmous etc. it’s delicious.After we eat we are treated to 4 belly dancers who manage to get everyone of us up dancing, it’s a lot of fun especially as we are celebrating Peters birthday which is tomorrow. We have had a very relaxing day off!
