{"id":4598,"date":"2020-04-12T02:08:39","date_gmt":"2020-04-12T02:08:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mak.iqt.com.au\/?p=4598"},"modified":"2020-04-12T02:26:51","modified_gmt":"2020-04-12T02:26:51","slug":"18th-january-2015-coyhaique-to-los-antiguos-argentina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mak.iqt.com.au\/?p=4598","title":{"rendered":"18th January 2015 &#8211; Coyhaique to Los Antiguos (Argentina)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Today we have a big day&#8217;s drive and a border crossing into Argentina, only 280km but apart from the first 96km the rest is on dirt.\u00a0 Some of the roads were quite smooth and we could do 80k\/h, but the majority were very badly corrugated with many pot holes and we were only doing 30k\/h, however the scenery made up for the bad roads.\u00a0 Although the day was a mixed bag weather wise, drizzly rain, overcast &amp; sunny the mountains, rivers, lakes &amp; vegetation were stunning and in stark contrast to each other.\u00a0 Our route took us around Lake General Carrera on the Carretera Austral (Route 7).\u00a0 I&#8217;ll let the photo&#8217;s do the talking today.
